These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Forex Market Clock (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
Forex Market Clock provides a free clock that shows the typical trading hours of major foreign exchange (forex) sessions converted to your time zone, together with related educational information. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
2. Not financial advice
Everything on the Site is for general information and education only. It is not investment, financial, trading or any other kind of advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any currency or financial instrument. Trading forex on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You could lose more than your initial deposit. Consider your objectives and seek independent professional advice before trading.
3. Accuracy of information
Session times are conventions based on the typical business hours of each financial centre, not official exchange hours. Actual liquidity, broker trading hours and holiday schedules can differ. Time calculations depend on your device's clock and time zone data. We work to keep the Site accurate but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Always confirm trading hours with your broker.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forex Market Clock and its operators will not be liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, lost profits or indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for personal and commercial trading purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt or overload the Site, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or reproduce and redistribute the Site or its content as your own without our permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's design, code, text and graphics are owned by Forex Market Clock or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Market and city names belong to their respective owners.
7. Third-party links and advertising
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and advertisements served by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. An advertisement is not an endorsement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continuing to use the Site after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
